Sales and Learning Strategies for the Enterprise

Mobile Audio Learning Expert Speaks at TPSA Summit

October 30th, 2006 by Tim Keelan

Chicago, IL – October 30, 2006 – Leading mobile learning expert Tim Keelan will share trade secrets at the Technology Professional Services Association 2006 Summit in November in Washington, DC. Keelan, founder of StoryQuest, Inc., along with Gregg Blatt, Senior Vice President of Sales, Keane, Inc., will present “New Approaches to Sales Enablement.” Attendees will learn first-hand how Keane developed and rolled out a mobile and global sales enablement program from zero to done in just five months.

Keane is a business and IT services firm that delivers application and business process services to help clients reduce costs, enhance organizational flexibility, and improve their business and IT performance. In 2005, Keane partnered with StoryQuest to apply mobile audio learning technology to better enable its own sales force. Within five months, StoryQuest developed and implemented a global, mobile sales enablement program that was immediately accessible to Keane’s entire global sales force. Together, Blatt and Keelan will share their insights into the process and outcomes of this revolutionary approach to sales training. “Keane has a powerful story to tell, but sharing that real-time with resources throughout the organization is challenging,” says Blatt. StoryQuest made that happen.

“It was invaluable to me to actually hear other sales people in Keane share how they won deals and articulated value propositions. It helped me prepare and get an understanding of what we have done so I can help provide more value to our clients,” says Caperton Birne, a new account manager with Keane. The complete story can be heard by attending the TPSA conference or by contacting Tim Keelan at StoryQuest.
